Stage 1 Order received and reviewed by our Optometrists 5 to 48 hours
Stage 2 Lens crafting, mounting and eyeglasses packaging 3 to 5 days
Stage 3 Shipping by registered air mail 7 to10 days

What can I do if I have not received my order? If you have waited 28 business days for normal delivery and have not received you order, please contact Customer Service. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery contact Customer Service so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.
